Bilingual Sales Executive
Job description: The Sales Executive's responsibilities include growing the company's revenue by ensuring that key clients are satisfied with the services provided, identifying new business opportunities, and attending all meetings, conventions and training workshops. You should also be able to develop relationships with potential clients.
To be successful as a Sales Executive, you should be able to analyze data and sales statistics and improve business and marketing strategies.
.Responsibilities:
• Developing and sustaining solid relationships with the customers
• Addressing and resolving the complaints
• Acting as the main point of contact between the customers and internal teams
• Communicating and collaborating with other departments to ensure that the customers’ needs are met.
• Compiling reports on account progress, goals, and forecasts
• Developing a thorough understanding of the customers’ needs and requirements and preparing customized solutions
• Negotiating contracts with the customers and meeting established deadlines for the fulfillment of each client's long-term goals
• Some travel to LATAM countries is required when needed
Requirements:
• Excellent communication skills in English and Spanish
• Experience in sales, preferably in B2B businesses
• Proficient in all Microsoft Office applications as well as CRM software
• The ability to build rapport with the customers
• The ability to handle multiple accounts
• Strong negotiation and leadership skill
• Exceptional customer service skills

• Bachelor's degree is preferred (in business administration, finance, or related field)
Travel
- 15-20% Domestic and Abroad
- South America (Conosur Region: Chile, Argentina, Bolivia, Paraguay, Uruguay
- Passport needed
Software Knowledge
- MS Office is a MUST
- SAP knowledge preferred but not required
